About The Position

As an intern with Planview, you get the opportunity to gain meaningful, paid work experience to support your academic learning. You will be supported in further developing your skills and have the chance to learn more about the areas of our business that are the most relevant to your career goals. We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Austin, Texas, in the summer of 2027. In this role, you will work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to assist in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources processes.

Requirements

• Students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program
• Preference for students in a Human Resources or Organizational Design program, or recent graduates
• Must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Recruiters on strategic sourcing projects for roles across the business, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with potential candidates
• Input candidate data into the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support the Talent team with Co-op and Intern recruitment
• Work with the HR team on tasks and projects related to onboarding, career framework, and training and development
• Support the Workplace Experience Manager in creating a welcoming and functional office environment, including assistance with employee experience initiatives that enhance day-to-day operations
