About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team. The intern will work on creating and updating job descriptions for all groups within the organization, compiling and uploading them to the QMS System, and providing updates on HR projects in meetings. The role requires the ability to handle sensitive employee issues and information with discretion, and the intern is expected to be proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capability to work with various stakeholders.
