This HR Intern position will support the recruitment process for students, including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation. The intern will also complete I-9s and folders for new hires, maintain new hire orientation slides, support process documentation for recruitment and onboarding, assist with the US student program, support the World Headquarters engagement committee, and aid in the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency. Other projects may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Currently authorized to work on a full-time basis, in the country where the position is currently based.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment process for students including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for all US locations
  • Complete I-9s and folders for new hires ensuring compliance
  • Help maintain new hire orientation slides to update all local information as required
  • Support process documentation for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and all related procedures allowing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency for all processes
  • Assist with the US student program including planning for student events and coordinating assignments
  • Support the World Headquarters engagement committee
  • Support the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency
  • Other projects as assigned
