Requirements

• Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Attention to detail.
• Bias to action.

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment process for students including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for all US locations.
• Complete I-9s and folders for new hires ensuring compliance.
• Help maintain new hire orientation slides to update all local information as required.
• Support process documentation for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and all related procedures allowing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency for all processes.
• Assist with the US student program including planning for student events and coordinating assignments.
• Support the World Headquarters engagement committee.
• Support the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency.
• Other projects as assigned.
