The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking a contract HR Operations / HRIS Coordinator to provide immediate support for critical HR operational activities during a transition period. This role ensures continuity of employee lifecycle transactions, HR workflows, and data accuracy within our HR systems. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role that supports day-to-day HR operations in close partnership with the existing HR team. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week on-site at our Rockville, Maryland headquarters and two days remote. This is a four-month contract assignment. As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs.
