The HR Data Analyst will support our Human Resources teams by combining data analytics, reporting, HR system administration, and system integration support across Workday and ADP. This role ensures accurate, timely HR data to drive workforce decision-making. It includes supporting data entry, with an emphasis on system integrations, data migrations, and Workday tenant merge activities (data-side). This position is ideal for a technically fluent HR data professional who is comfortable navigating complex system environments and delivering clean, connected HR data at scale. It is also ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can analyze data and execute high-quality data entry and system updates in a fast-paced environment. The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management, in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
