About The Position

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee relations to day-to-day human resources operations. This position partners closely with employees and leadership to ensure HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for HR-related questions and helps foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in human resources in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong background in employee relations, including handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating and managing onboarding activities for new hires.
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or a related field, or at least 10+ years of HR experience in lieu of a 4-year degree.
  • Solid understanding of core HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate.
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR programs, processes, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to help promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
