About The Position

This role is for a highly collaborative HR generalist who is ready to take on a new role that promises to never be boring. The HR Generalist will manage benefits administration and reporting, communicate benefits information to employees, support recruitment and talent acquisition, oversee new employee orientation and training including onboarding and sexual harassment prevention, and guide career exploration with managers and employees.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of employee investigations to resolve issues
• three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HRIS, iCIMS, and Payroll systems
• Kronos is a plus
• Experienced HR professional who thrives on leading change and partnering with the business to achieve results
