About The Position

OEM Logistics, LLC was founded in January 2023 by two industry veterans with a proven track record of success identifying outside the box niche solutions that address the supply chain challenges within the aerospace & defense industry. OEM delivers proactive supplier management solutions for the major Primes and Tier-1’s across the aerospace, defense, and shipbuilding sectors. By integrating our supplier specialists directly within supply chain networks, we deliver a level of oversight and engagement that surpasses conventional methods. Headquartered in Arizona, OEM is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a full-time position based in our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office. Pre-employment background and drug screening are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience including experience with recruitment activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong ability to see projects to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Payroll processing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to employees on various HR related topics and respond to routine HR questions including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation, and workers compensation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Source for viable candidates for open positions.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining HR data and records.
  • Support payroll processing and administration.
  • Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Participate in new hire orientation.
  • Administer training programs as needed.
  • Participate in the development, interpretation and communication of human resources items.
  • Assist in the oversight of performance reviews, worker’s compensation, and administration of benefits.
  • Manage the on-line HRIS onboarding and employee portal
  • Assist in annual EEO-1 and affirmative action plan reporting
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
