We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3 to 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Requirements

Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle process.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
Good organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Minimum of three years experience in HR.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle for designated locations.
Onboarding the candidates ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
Coordinates new hire onboarding with manager or supervisor including new hire and safety training.
Participates in Job Fairs at colleges and local community events
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable communicating issues.
Maintains strict confidentiality.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
Other duties as assigned.
