The HR Generalist will act as the lead support for the HR Operations functional areas with a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Critical to this position is a customer service focused, motivated, self-driven team player with the ability to multi-task and change priorities. This is crucial as the Human Resources office is a fast-paced environment with many initiatives taking place simultaneously. Human Resources is a service organization and as such, representatives must have patience and the flexibility to address personnel issues as they arise and treat all employees in a warm, friendly, accommodating manner.
