About The Position

CB4 Management is the support company for Vidor Group, a garage door manufacturing, installation, and service business. We're seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to take ownership of day-to-day HR and payroll operations within our company. The Ideal candidate has real-world experience with payroll processing, employee matters, and compliance. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure HR processes are accurate, consistent, and well-managed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of administrative or HR-related experience (manufacturing or construction industry preferred).
  • Proven payroll processing experience.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, and compliance fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with BambooHR a plus.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with our core values: Aware. Capable. Driven.

Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage new hire recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, scheduling interviews, offers, and orientation coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, data entry, and reporting through BambooHR.
  • Track PTO, attendance, and employment status changes.
  • Oversee benefits administration and serve as the point of contact for insurance, 401(k), and leave programs.
  • Partner with managers to uphold company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards (OSHA, workers’ compensation, etc.).
  • Help drive engagement initiatives and performance review cycles.
  • Contribute to refining internal systems and HR processes for greater efficiency and clarity.
