Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA
Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

Nice To Haves

HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client accounts by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support.
Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters.
Conduct workplace investigations and prepare documentation and recommendations.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Develop HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
Conduct HR audits and help clients maintain compliance with employment laws.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
Support organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements.
Travel locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.
