About The Position
WePackItAll is seeking a hands-on HR leader to support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners directly with Operations to drive employee relations, workforce stability, and compliance. You’ll serve as the primary HR presence on the floor, helping leaders make sound decisions while reinforcing accountability, safety, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Knowledge of California labor laws and wage/hour compliance
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations and workplace investigations
- Coach supervisors on performance management and documentation
- Support onboarding, workforce planning, and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies
- Partner with Operations on workforce issues and daily execution
- Support training, development, and skills progression initiatives
