Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, compliance, employee administration, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing department initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Oregon and Washington
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
  • Oregon and Washington HR experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit matters; providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (new hires, changes, terminations)
  • Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and questions
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity in ADP Workforce Now
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Support training programs and company-wide HR initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
  • As needed, support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
