Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA and ADA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
  • HR certification, e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP

Responsibilities

  • Apply HR best practices across onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and employee development
  • Support the full performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, through clear communication and training
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner by consulting with employees and leaders on workplace concerns and employee relations matters
  • Monitor employee engagement and recommend initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage a wide range of HR administrative tasks, including employee inquiries, data entry, job description updates, employment verifications, and HR reporting/KPI dashboards
  • Provide guidance on benefits, payroll, PTO, leaves of absence, and other HR-related topics
  • Lead monthly onboarding sessions to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experience
  • Develop and deliver HR-related presentations and training programs (e.g., Code of Conduct, goal setting, new hire orientation)
  • Partner with internal teams, corporate HR, and third-party administrators to manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal/military leave, and disability cases
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, including regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
