The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support at the site level. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Serving as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, the HR Generalist supports a positive employee experience while ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures. This role is well-suited for an HR professional who brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive mindset in supporting employees and partnering with leaders. Certain positions at EnerSys Advanced Systems require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other U.S. government security regulations. Candidates for these positions should be a “U.S. Person” under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a refugee/asylee) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position.
