About The Position

Trullion is seeking an HR Generalist & Recruiting Manager for temporary maternity leave coverage. This part-time, fixed-term role is expected to begin in December 2026, include a short overlap for knowledge transfer, and continue through approximately June 2027. The position works on-site approximately 2–3 days per week and keeps core HR operations and hiring running smoothly while the HR lead is away. The role partners closely with leadership, finance, the PEO, and global HR colleagues, and requires someone comfortable owning a broad scope independently from day one. Trullion is an AI-powered accounting technology company founded in 2019, headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London. It aims to make accounting and audit technology more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or combined HR/recruiting role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment with a global team.

  • Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience, including ATS management and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information, and clear, professional communication across all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, start in December, commit through approximately June, and work on-site 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR continuity for the US and UK teams in partnership with global HR and finance representatives based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
  • Manage day-to-day US and UK HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, and employee questions, in partnership with the PEO.
  • Act as the point of contact for benefits, payroll, and year-end processes such as W-2s, working with finance and the PEO; support benefits renewal and open enrollment.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for approximately 2–4 open positions at a time and oversee the ATS, including sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Support employee relations and leave administration with the PEO, following applicable federal and state requirements and escalating sensitive matters to HR leadership as appropriate.
  • Own workplace operations, including in-office presence, vendor coordination, events, and IT equipment requests.
