HR Generalist & HRIS Analyst

Buyers Edge Platform, LLCWaltham, MA
Hybrid

About The Position

This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of HR operations and HRIS administration — and it reflects where our People team is headed. We are mid-implementation on Darwinbox, our new HRIS platform, with a Phase I go-live in September 2026 and Phase II in December. As we move through implementation and into optimization, we need someone who can both manage day-to-day HR generalist work and take meaningful ownership of the platform. This role will start with a balanced split between generalist responsibilities and HRIS support, and naturally evolve toward HRIS administration as Darwinbox goes live and transactional work shifts to employee self-service. It is an opportunity to grow with a platform, shape how it operates, and have real impact on a People team supporting a complex, multi-division business.
