This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding benefits, HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, employee-focused, detail-oriented, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with strategic HR partnership. This position collaborates closely with managers and employees to support the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
