The HR Delivery Analyst role is part of a structured 12–18-month rotational opportunity within People & Culture, designed to build the next generation of HR professionals at ENMAX. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to enterprise HR initiatives. You’ll build a strong foundation across multiple HR disciplines while contributing to meaningful work that supports our people and business. As you move through each rotation, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, broaden your perspective, and develop the skills needed for future growth within ENMAX. You will complete three rotations, each offering unique learning opportunities and increasing responsibility: HR Delivery (6 months) Build your foundation by supporting project delivery, contributing to cyclical HR activities, and gaining exposure across core HR Delivery disciplines. Total Rewards / HR Operations (6 months) Develop your technical capability through project ownership and operational support, while building a strong understanding of Total Rewards and HR processes. Third Rotation - (up to 6 months) Tailored to organizational priorities, this rotation offers the opportunity to broaden your experience in areas such as Data & Analytics or other emerging HR focus areas.
