The HR Data Management Coordinator ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of employee data across the full employee lifecycle. This role owns employee data administration, personnel file management, employment documentation, and HR transactions while supporting HR service delivery through the HR Operations case management system. Working closely with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Business Partners, this role ensures employee records and HR service requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
