This role is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of new employee orientation, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, managing the employee uniform program, and assisting with employee events. The HR Coordinator will also efficiently manage multiple employee questions or concerns, especially during peak season, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related issues. The position requires maintaining strong communication with the HR Supervisor and HR Director and demonstrating the ability to learn and grow in HR duties.
