About The Position

Keolis is offering a full-time, paid Co-Op position at our Boston Headquarters location to assist in the development and execution of HR projects to improve HR analytics, performance management, Leadership, and HR optimization across all our business units. Keolis Commuter Services operates the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s 14 commuter rail lines serving the Greater Boston region and Rhode Island. Since Keolis began operations in 2014, the Commuter Rail’s on-time performance and reliability are better than ever, contributing to its best in the nation ridership return. Keolis is the fifth largest commuter rail network in North America and the largest private commuter rail operator in North America.

Requirements

• Graduated from a Master in human resources, communication or management.
• Experience in HR and data analysis.
• Experience managing and reporting on projects, including making recommendations on prioritization.
• High proficiency in MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Teams, & Excel).
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Power BI skills.
• Ability to use Cognos BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR reports and dashboards using a range of databases and business intelligence platforms.
• Program daily, weekly monthly reports to support data driven decision making and action planning.
• Reviews and analyzes data and trends thereby providing more effective and efficient agency operations.
• Develops and distributes Monthly HR report and dashboard.
• Communicate on-going production status updates to project team, including any predictable barriers impacting timely completion of deliverables.
