This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both craft and non-craft employees. This position is based out of our Berlin, CT office and requires an in-office presence five (5) days per week. While primarily office-based, occasional travel between local operating locations may be required to support business needs, employee onboarding, hiring events, meetings, and other HR initiatives.
