As the HR Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting the HR team as well as employees throughout their life cycle with the company. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, delivering service with excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the desire to grow within the HR field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR support role or comparable experience.
  • Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes post-offer acceptance through orientation, including I-9 and E-Verify processing, ordering new hire lunch, reserve and preparing conference rooms, and preparing welcome bags.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing information and answering questions related to onboarding and HR processes.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees as needed.
  • Coordinate meal arrangements and other logistics for employees traveling on business.
  • Support HRIS administration, including user access, organizational structure updates, time and attendance review, and data integrity.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and system updates, with exposure to broader system enhancements and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS, employee files, etc., including processing employee changes.
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide support to the HR team as needed.
  • Respond to employment verification requests.
  • Manage department expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, and arranging meetings.
