The HR Coordinator serves as a central connection and first point of contact for our internal team and external candidates. As a trusted representative of the Human Resources experience, this position needs to reflect our commitment to “Genuine Ozarks Hospitality” through a welcoming, professional and service driven approach. This role also supports several critical HR processes and requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment. This is a non-exempt role paying between $19-21/hour based on experience.
