About The Position

This position serves as the operational backbone of our HR department by supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations while working directly alongside our Human Resources Manager. This role is intentionally designed as an entry point into Human Resources—not because the work isn't important, but because we believe in developing great HR professionals through mentorship, coaching, and progressive responsibility. As you develop your skills and demonstrate readiness, you'll have opportunities to expand into interviewing, recruiting, employee relations, learning and development, and broader HR responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative, recruiting, HR, customer service, or office experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting or Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS.
  • Healthcare or dental industry exposure.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records within our HRIS.
  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR processes and policies.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reports, and department tracking.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and employee files.
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Human Resources Manager on recruiting and HR projects.
  • Screen resumes.
  • Conduct first-round interviews.
  • Participate in recruiting strategy discussions.
  • Assist with training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support organizational growth projects.
