About The Position

The RSC HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department goals and objectives in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Retail Support Center.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–3 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain canfidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR emphasis a plus
  • PHR/SPHR desirable
  • Experience with Workday preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, submits, and audits weekly payroll and incentives
  • Manages manual checks
  • Ensures proper premiums and shift differentials are being applied
  • Ensures that vacation, sick, and deferred holidays are managed and paid properly
  • Workday Report – Labor Hour Reporting, Daily and Weekly hours, time off report, unmatched punches, Overtime.
  • Policy Administration
  • Manages comm data cards
  • Create a positive employee relations environment which enhances strong employee relations and high-level performance and lead by example.
  • Manages leave of absences
  • Manages travel Per Diems and makes travel arrangements for emergency response.
  • Facilitate new hire benefits orientation and enrollment.
  • Assist employees with benefit related questions.
  • Assist with annual benefits open enrollment.
  • Act as the Wellness Champion for the RSC.
  • Attends regular Online Teams meetings
  • Serve as a point of contact for teammates & management regarding HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Resolve teammate questions or concerns.
  • Maintain bulletin boards.
  • Plan employee events.
  • Order t-shirts and giveaways.
  • Order food.
  • Maintain HR filing systems.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations. (AZ and CA)
