This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement. The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the pre-onboarding process from the offer letter stage through onboarding. The coordinator will manage employee documents and HRIS profiles ensuring documents and Bar information are properly uploaded and maintained.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems
  • 1-2 years HR or other office experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in HR Operations
  • Experience with HRIS Programs

Responsibilities

  • Process new hire announcements
  • Generate Employee onboarding accounts and documents
  • Send all new hire materials including offer letters, conflicts, background check, benefits documents, and onboarding materials
  • Provide firm support regarding policy, process and HRIS issues to the Firm
  • Manage documents and employee files
  • Handle verifications of employment and unemployment claims
  • Process team invoices
  • Assist in the rolling out of new HR policies and procedures
  • Process AMEX card applications and cancelations
  • Ensure compliance and grant access to Bank of America matters
  • Provide employee Help support
  • Track Summer and Future hires that happen throughout the year
  • Verify and update employee Bar information in the system
  • Special projects as assigned by Manager
