Working collaboratively with the Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative HR support, including recruitment coordination, team member inquiries, HR data and reporting support, internal communications, and assistance with HR projects and programs. This role provides exposure to Advisor-level HR work and opportunities to grow skills in employee relations, recruitment, and HR project support.
