About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across payroll, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with weekly payroll processing, including time tracking, data entry, and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation scheduling
  • Manage offboarding processes such as exit interviews, final documentation, and system access removal
  • Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR concerns
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with compliance reporting and HR documentation
  • Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
