About The Position

As the HR Coordinator you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and new hires while supporting the operational effectiveness of our Talent Management team across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Training. In this role, you'll, manage post-offer processes including background checks and HRIS onboarding, and help deliver a strong first-week employee including onboarding handoffs to training and management teams. You’ll also help streamline workflows, improve communication processes, and support a variety of cross-functional talent initiatives that impact the entire organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting in house TA and HR functions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable supporting a geographically distributed workforce, including field service and operations teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-offer and pre-employment processes, including background checks, onboarding documentation, HRIS setup, and new hire tracking.
  • Facilitate a positive new hire experience by coordinating first-week activities such as I-9 verification, introductory meetings, orientation scheduling, and onboarding handoffs to training and management teams.
  • Serve as an operational support partner to the Talent Management team across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Training functions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications for leadership, Corporate Services, and operations roles across the organization.
  • Help streamline and improve talent workflows, documentation, reporting, and communication processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and onboarding records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Support coordination of technical training activities, employee development initiatives, and talent programs as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting operations including job postings, applicant tracking system maintenance, interview logistics, and candidate follow-up.
  • Partner with hiring managers, field operations leaders, and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and staffing priorities.
  • Contribute to special projects related to employee engagement, onboarding experience, talent analytics, process development, and organizational growth.
