We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting People Operations. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day employee inquiries. This position acts as an important point of contact for employees while helping maintain efficient and accurate HR operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Eager to learn and grow in HR

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and system setup
  • Manage employee records and ensure completion of required paperwork
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit documentation and system access removal
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation
  • Manage employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and compensation changes
  • Coordinate immigration case tracking and documentation with external counsel and HR Shared Services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
  • Coordinate employee anniversary and milestone recognition to support employee engagement
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance on employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and leave requests
  • Assist with HR reporting and audits
  • Support implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Help maintain HR knowledge base and process documentation
