The HR Coordinator supports the HR department and employees across the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, recordkeeping, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. They provide frontline support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, serving as the point of contact for HR related questions on the production floor. The position also involves maintaining digital employee records, managing time management processes, coordinating with staffing agencies for temporary contractors, and supporting the employee onboarding and corporate recruitment processes. Additionally, the HR Coordinator assists with worker’s compensation claims, administrative tasks in employee termination, HR & safety reporting, AAP applicant information, and the creation of HR-related presentations. They cultivate positive workforce engagement, support safety efforts, collaborate on event planning, and assist with internal and external audits and special projects.
