About The Position

Fox Pest Control is hiring an HR Coordinator II / Team Lead for an in-office position in Logan, Utah. The role supports employees and HR operations, including employee communications, onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, claims handling, record keeping, and coordination with HR colleagues and field managers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent field, or three years of relevant work experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Forms) and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions by email and phone, escalating questions to appropriate teams.
Guide newly hired employees through onboarding, including onboarding tasks, background checks, motor vehicle records checks, and drug tests.
Work with field managers to support a successful hand-off on an employee’s first day.
Conduct and facilitate new-hire orientation presentations covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with annual audits and special projects to support continuous improvement of HR practices.
Provide administrative support, including record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Manage health insurance enrollments.
Act as a backup and resource for other HR Coordinators, providing support and expertise.
Handle unemployment and workers’ compensation claims.
Collaborate with other HR Coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.
