About The Position

Fox Pest Control is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its human resources team and help foster a positive workplace culture. This is an in-office position in Logan, Utah. The role serves as a first point of contact for employee questions and supports onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, HR records and systems, claims handling, audits, projects, and other coordinators. The position also provides backup and guidance to other HR Coordinators and collaborates with HR colleagues and field managers.

Familiarity with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Forms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions received by email and phone, escalating questions to the appropriate teams.
Guide newly hired employees through onboarding, including background checks, motor vehicle records checks, and drug tests.
Work with field managers to ensure a successful handoff on employees' first day.
Conduct and facilitate new-hire orientation presentations covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with annual audits and special projects that support continuous improvement of HR practices.
Provide administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Manage health insurance enrollments.
Serve as a backup and resource for other HR Coordinators, providing support and expertise.
Handle unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
Collaborate with other HR Coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.
