As the HR Coordinator – Health, Safety & Leave Programs, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting core people programs across Fleetway. This is a mid-level HR coordination role (2–5 years experience) suited to someone who has exposure to either health & safety or HR operations (leave, accommodations, HR coordination) and is looking to build broader capability across both areas. You are not expected to be a subject matter expert in all areas—but you bring a strong foundation in coordination, compliance, and working within structured processes. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner, leaders, and external partners to ensure our programs are consistent, compliant, and executed to a high standard. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on tracking, documentation, and follow-through. This is not a senior safety advisor or standalone HRBP role. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals who provide direction and support.
