About The Position

Coilcraft, Inc. is a globally renowned institution celebrated for its rich legacy in producing cutting-edge magnetic components. Our extensive product range spans high-performance RF chip inductors, power magnetics, and top-of-the-line filters. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support both recruitment efforts and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational ability, a people-focused mindset, and an interest in workplace safety and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient hiring processes while helping foster a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative, HR, or coordination experience is an asset.
  • Interest or exposure to recruitment processes and/or workplace safety initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is beneficial.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
  • Interest in developing expertise in both HR and EHS disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort learning HR systems and tools.
  • US citizen or have permanent resident status (due to ITAR regulations).

  • Promote a culture of safety and employee well-being.
  • Assist in organizing training and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Support reporting and tracking of safety-related data.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain records.
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proactively support HR functions.
  • Utilize HR systems and tools.
