About The Position

Join a dynamic team focused on centralizing and automating manual tasks required for hiring our hourly workforce. As an HR Assistant, you will engage in various administrative and repeatable tasks while conducting quality audits of our outsourced vendors. This role involves backend terminations and general reporting on hires and terminations, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Strong administrative support and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP formulas is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish.
  • Escalate issues with processes or tools required to complete tasks.
  • Perform quality audits of outsourced vendors.
  • Facilitate reporting and communications with the broader team, including leadership.
  • Apply good judgment to ambiguous scenarios.
  • Drive process and product improvements for Workforce Staffing and candidates.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
  • Import and export data within various software platforms, including Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information.
  • Handle sensitive information and documents with strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
  • Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data.
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and processes for efficient HR information handling.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in developing and improving data management procedures and policies.
