Requirements

3-5+ years of well-rounded HR Coordinator experience.
Solid knowledge of HR compliance.
Exceptional communication skills - easy to talk to, clear, emotionally intelligent, and invested in the success of others.
Curiosity and initiative.
Superhuman organizational skills - ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
Passion for culture and the employee experience.
Solid technology skills.

Nice To Haves

Formal HR education.
SHRM certification.
Inquisitive enough to immerse yourself in the business of the business.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms and modern HR tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment items, and onboarding tasks such as background checks and drug tests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist the HR team with research, leave tracking, correspondence, and projects.
Manage job postings on job boards and communicate with hiring managers regarding position advertising.
Assist Property and Hiring Managers with resume review and pre-screening candidates, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to cultural guidelines.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
Assist with special HR projects, including open enrollment, database cleanup, and process improvements.
Partner with HR and leadership to ensure a consistent, positive employee experience from candidate stage through employment.
