Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of well-rounded HR Coordinator experience.
  • Solid knowledge of HR compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills - easy to talk to, clear, emotionally intelligent, and invested in the success of others.
  • Curiosity and initiative.
  • Superhuman organizational skills - ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Passion for culture and the employee experience.
  • Solid technology skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment items, and onboarding tasks such as background checks and drug tests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Assist the HR team with research, leave tracking, correspondence, and projects.
  • Manage job postings on job boards and communicate with hiring managers regarding position advertising.
  • Assist Property and Hiring Managers with resume review and pre-screening candidates, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to cultural guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Assist with special HR projects, including open enrollment, database cleanup, and process improvements.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to ensure a consistent, positive employee experience from candidate stage through employment.
