Pilatus is hiring an HR Compliance & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related filed; or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or related administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with HRIS or ATS systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Arranges candidate travel and onsite interview logistics
  • Maintains applicant tracking records and supports applicant flow log requirements
  • Assists with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment testing
  • Supports new hire onboarding, including orientation logistics, I-9 and E-Verify completion, and benefits enrollment coordination
  • Supports preparation and submission of annual compliance reports such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action Plan documentation and data collection
  • Helps ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and state-specific regulations
  • Administers the safety-sensitive drug and alcohol testing program, including random selections, notifications, tracking, and documentation
  • Serves as the Designated Employer Representative (DER), acting as the primary contact with testing vendors, laboratories, and the Medical Review Officer (MRO)
  • Serves as a first point of contact for employee benefit questions and assists with enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and open enrollment activities
  • Coordinates with benefits vendors to resolve routine benefit eligibility or documentation issues
  • Assists with apprenticeship program coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with participants and training partners
  • Supports training coordination and maintains LMS training records
  • Assists with employee events, communications, and HR projects as assigned
