About The Position

The HR Administrator will play a critical role in building an impactful and amazing employee experience, from onboarding and training to feedback and career development. This role requires strong time management, outstanding communication skills, and workflow coordination to support project progress and connect with team members across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous administrative or project management experience in a startup environment.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management skills, ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High-energy, self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously, anticipate needs, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be proficient with computer systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remote onboarding and working in a remote company environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Google, Monday, and Rippling.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new employees and lead their integration into the company, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued from Day 1.
  • Facilitate orientation meetings and partner with managers to ensure all onboarding checklists and paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Act as the primary owner for new hire data entry within Rippling, ensuring all profiles are set up correctly for payroll and benefits.
  • Partner with the People Experience team to execute on-site culture events, team-building activities, and internal engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and audit digital employee files to ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Partner with the Office Manager and People Experience team to ensure administrative consistency across company-wide initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end merchandise process, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution for new hires and milestones.
