The HR Administrator is responsible for company HRIS data-entry, new-hire paperwork, and employee onboarding. This role involves creating offer letters and employment agreements, managing compensation updates, coordinating background checks, inputting new hire and employee data into the HRIS and ATS, and overseeing the new employee onboarding process. The administrator will also follow up with new employees to ensure onboarding completion and escalate HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits concerns as needed.
