About The Position

This role provides comprehensive administrative support within the HR department, including front desk duties, assistance with recruitment processes, data management, and project coordination. The HR Admin/Coordinator will handle various tasks with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Experience with ADP.
  • Experience with iCIMS.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk support, including assisting with interview logistics, welcoming visitors, ordering supplies, and arranging lunches.
  • Set up for events as needed.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, some of which may be confidential.
  • Assist with filing, both electronic and paper.
  • Answer phones and greet/direct visitors.
  • Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and other materials from rough drafts.
  • Assist the HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition in coordinating recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Support HR functions within ADP.
  • Provide support in iCIMS, including some hourly recruiting support.
  • Complete reports using iCIMS and ADP.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Support and coordinate miscellaneous projects within the HR team.
  • Manage all duties with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
