About The Position

We are seeking an administrative assistant for the HRIS Team to assist with a project focused on entering specific employee records into a new HRIS system. This role involves heavy data entry and requires proficiency in Excel.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage Pivot Tables.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in administrative support and HR administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter specific employee records into the new HRIS system accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing Pivot Tables.
  • Provide administrative support to the HRIS Team as needed.
