About The Position

Join the housekeeping team as a Houseperson at Bellagio Resort & Casino. The role supports Guestroom Attendants by maintaining guest room supplies, cleanliness standards, and efficient daily operations throughout the property. In a fast-paced luxury resort environment, the Houseperson contributes to exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of previous cleaning experience in a similar resort-style setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, lockers, railings, wallpaper marks, marble and tile floors, ash urns, lamps, mirrors, and pictures.
• Vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges in assigned areas.
• Deliver guest-requested items, including refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, and other amenities, to guest rooms.
• Empty trash and linen from Guest Room Attendants’ carts as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies, and stock assigned lockers.
• Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, pull room procedures, quarterly mattress-flipping procedures, and all safety and cleaning standards.
