About The Position

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with hands-on care and daily routines. The CNA helps create an environment where residents feel respected, comfortable, safe, and cared for, and works as part of the nursing team to provide high-quality care. This is a full-time position paying $18.50–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team.
• Support residents with comfort, safety, and daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment.
