About The Position
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and facilities at The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, onsite position. Work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends, with shifts varying between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The hourly range is $13.10–$19.60, plus tips or gratuity. The rate offered may depend on experience, education, and work location. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Prior hotel or lodging experience is helpful but not required. The role requires being on one’s feet for most of the day and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Mop the front lobby, stairwells, and vending areas.
- Clean break room restrooms, floors, tables, and counters.
- Stock chemicals, amenities, and adequate supplies.
- Vacuum halls and stairs.
- Dust hallway furniture, shutters, and railings.
- Order laundry for the next day's cleaning.
- Remove garbage from public and associate areas.
