About The Position
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team at The American Club by maintaining guest facilities and public and associate areas. The position is onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin, and involves cleaning and stocking duties. It is full-time, with weekday and weekend work and varying shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Prior hotel or lodging experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Mop the front lobby, stairwells, and vending areas.
- Clean break-room restrooms, floors, tables, and counters.
- Stock chemicals, amenities, and other supplies.
- Vacuum halls and stairs.
- Dust hallway furniture, shutters, and railings.
- Order laundry for the next day's cleaning.
- Remove garbage from public and associate areas.
